It featured squarer, more aggressive styling compared to earlier models and was the final year the Ranchero was based on the Falcon platform before moving to a larger Fairlane chassis in 1966. Rarity: Approximately 19,700 units were made for 1965, making it a relatively rare classic today. Certain features, like factory-installed bucket seats and a center console (part of the Deluxe trim), were even rarer, found in just 990 units.
